Information submitted through forms
The contact form receives a name, email and message. The provider form also receives a selected city and service. The companion plugin sends these details to the WordPress administrator email through the site’s mail system; it does not intentionally publish them or create a public profile.
Technical information
The plugin uses a short-lived, pseudonymous rate-limit value derived from connection and browser information to reduce abuse. It adds no visitor analytics system by itself. The host, security tools, WordPress, mail provider or later plugins may process logs, cookies or device information and must be documented by the operator.

Information may pass through hosting and email infrastructure needed for delivery. External websites have their own practices.
Retention, choices and security
Email copies and logs may remain under configured retention and legal needs. Visitors may ask about access, correction or deletion through Contact, subject to verification and applicable law. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children and updates
The forms are not designed to knowingly collect information from children. The operator should add a visible effective date and update this policy whenever tools, vendors or practices change.
