Accessibility Statement

Read our commitment to accessible content and contact us about barriers.

Our accessibility goal

NColorado Homeowner aims to make articles, navigation, forms and tools usable by a broad range of visitors. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is used as a design reference where practical, but this is not a claim that every page or third-party component has been independently audited or fully conforms.

Measures in the experience

  • Semantic headings, lists and descriptive links.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation and form controls.
  • Visible labels, focus states and status messages.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images when correctly supplied.
  • Layouts intended to adapt to zoom and smaller screens.

Limits and feedback

Older content, documents, embedded tools and external sites may differ in accessibility. Report a barrier through Contact with the URL, task, issue, browser or assistive technology when comfortable, and preferred format. Do not include sensitive medical data. Feedback is reviewed without a guaranteed response time or outcome.
